I had some bad luck with my own country's shipping and my mailing services allegedly mishandled my parcel, left it in the rain and comprised the content. I contacted Feldherr Support, provided with the necessary pictures and filed my compliant. I received a response fairly quickly. They immediately sent me another bag free of charge no ... questions ask. With type of service, I will definitely buy their product in the future! Highly recommended!... mehr... weniger

Hi there - I've bought several organizers from you all and they are superior products for sure, however I feel like the following could be addressed: 1) More comprehensive instructions provided. Showing how to pack everything in a box is one thing, but showing what actually goes into each component of the organizer is a bit lacking and there are ... often game components that are not listed on the pack in instructions. 2) Shipping to the US is abnormally slow for some reason. I get that international shipping can be tricky, but waiting several weeks is abnormal as I am able to get other products from other countries, much sooner. Having a US Amazon or Etsy storefront may alleviate this? Outside of that, my experience with Feldherr has been quite positive.... mehr... weniger

This probably my fault but the opening to fit my minis in were two small so I had to cut and make them bigger but I think that was my fault for ordering possible the wrong product. But great service and quality of product

The box is in perfect condition, but I don't find the handle's orientation very practical. Although the figures are securely nestled in the foam, I'm not sure that carrying the box by the handle won't cause them to rotate inside. However, it's a very good storage solution.
